wxDesigner end user licence
The wxDesigner Licence Agreement is a a legal agreement between you and wxDesigner Software e.K.. By downloading and installing this SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, remove the SOFTWARE immediately.
In short, you may use the SOFTWARE like a book. You may 'carry it around' from one computer to another (whatever the operating system on it) as long as only one user uses the SOFTWARE at any one time.
Grant of Licence
This Licence Agreement permits you to use one copy of this product on multiple machines which may include user documentation provided in electronic form, providing it is for the sole, exclusive use of the registered user. The SOFTWARE is licenced as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated to be used by more than one user at any one time.
Copyright
The SOFTWARE (including any text and images incorporated into the product) is owned by wxDesigner Software e.K. and is protected by German copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Reverse Translation
The SOFTWARE, including all related program files, may not be altered in any way. Reverse Translation is expressly forbidden without prior written permission by wxDesigner Software e.K..
Limited Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wxDesigner Software e.K. disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall wxDesigner Software e.K. be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is supplied 'as is' and no advice or technical support is guaranteed from wxDesigner Software e.K. or any third party.
